Learning Exchange Activity of KERUI REFRACTORY

On August 11th, all employees from our E-Commerce department and free trade area branch went back to our factory for study led by our technician, Manager Ren. Our study was well supported by leaders from KERUI heavy brick factory, KERUI light brick factory, KERUI unshaped product factory and fused cast brick factory. Under the company and guidance of leaders from different factories of KERUI, we knew better of the production process of refractory bricks.
For us, the aim of our study is to offer better and more comprehensive service for our clients. Then let’s see what we did during our study journey.
At 9:00 a.m., we arrived at KERUI fused cast brick factory. Because of the complicated production craft and high technology requirements of fused cast bricks, KRNC arranged an experienced technician to teach and explain for us.

After lunch, we rushed to KERUI light brick factory without rest. The main products are poly light mullite bricks and insulation bricks.

Then, we arrived at KERUI unshaped product factory, which is mainly in charge of the production and research of unshaped refractory material.

At last, we reached the general factory of heavy bricks. Although we had come here many times, we felt different on each arrival. Every time, the customized products manufactured by KERUI bring deep acknowledge for us.

In the end, we want to thank our workers struggling at the production lines, thank you for teaching us a truth by your action that how much water a bucket can fill up with (Enterprise Strength) is decided by the shortest board (Correction of Defects) not the highest one (Development of Merits). We feel their insistence and craftsmanship in their blood by little things they do. Obviously, they are doing little things in large amount of work every day. But little things test and temper people most. They are our examples, we should learn from them.
